As a Quality Cum Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services and products, as well as training our employees to maintain high standards. Your role will involve monitoring and evaluating our processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality control measures. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest level of service and product quality Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Train and coach employees on quality standards and procedures Monitor and track quality metrics to ensure compliance with company standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues Develop and maintain training materials and resources for employees Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on quality standards and procedures Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality control and training Provide regular reports and updates to management on quality control and training initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control and training Multilingual ( Tamil , Telugu, English & Hindi ) proficiency is MUST Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience in the IT industry is preferred Certification in quality control or training is a plus If you are passionate about maintaining high quality standards and have a knack for training and developing employees, we would love to hear from you.
