About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team and play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into robust technical solutions built on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities, best practices, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.Responsibilities :- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes.- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.- Configure and customize ServiceNow instances to automate workflows and processes across various IT disciplines (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, etc.).- Develop and implement custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to extend ServiceNow functionalities.- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with best practices.- Work with development teams to implement technical solutions.- Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure functionality and user satisfaction.- Document solutions for future reference and knowledge transfer.- Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and functionalities.- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients after implementation.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, etc.) and their functionalities.- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (ServiceNow Scripting Engine).- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality solutions.- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications :- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
