Job Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FICO Falcon Product Consultant with 5 to 8 years of extensive hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting the FICO Falcon product within the Banking and Finance domain. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of FICO Falcon functionalities, coupled with proficient knowledge of Mainframe technologies including Cobol, CICS, JCL, and DB2. The role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in requirement analysis, customization, and client onboarding processes.Key Responsibilities :FICO Falcon Product Expertise :- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive experience in utilizing and configuring the FICO Falcon product suite.- Proficiently handle all aspects of Falcon implementation, customization, and support to ensure optimal performance and functionality.Mainframe Technology Proficiency :- Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe technologies including Cobol, CICS, JCL, and DB2.- Utilize Mainframe skills to integrate FICO Falcon with existing systems and infrastructure.Banking and Finance Domain Knowledge :- Showcase a minimum of 5 years of experience within the Banking and Finance domain, with a focus on utilizing FICO Falcon for fraud detection and prevention.- Understand the unique requirements and challenges within the industry and provide tailored solutions using FICO Falcon.Requirement Analysis and Customization :- Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives.- Utilize expertise to analyze requirements and determine necessary customizations within the FICO Falcon platform.Use Case Definition and Scoping :- Define and document use cases, scenarios, and data feeds relevant to each client's business environment.- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope project requirements and deliverables accurately.Client Onboarding and Support :- Support new client onboarding processes by configuring and implementing FICO Falcon according to their requirements.- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.Analytical Skills :- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies within fraud detection data.- Utilize analytical insights to optimize FICO Falcon configurations and improve fraud detection accuracy.Communication Skills :- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.Qualifications and Experience :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting the FICO Falcon product.- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe technologies including Cobol, CICS, JCL, and DB2.- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the Banking and Finance domain, with specific experience in utilizing FICO Falcon for fraud detection and prevention.- Proven track record in requirement analysis, customization, and client onboarding processes.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to various stakeholders.
