Also working with few top notch (CMMI-5 level) clients, PAN India clients and major city clients such as Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur and NCR.Company : US based IT Company Role : QA Engineer (Salesforce Testing) Type : Permanent (No third-party payroll) Experience : 5+ years Location : Pune Joining : 0 to 30 days / Immediate JoinersResponsibilities :- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, customizations, and integrations.- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, system, and integration testing, to identify defects and verify software quality.- Collaborate with development teams and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective test plans.- Automate test cases using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or other industry-standard testing frameworks.- Monitor and track defects using test management tools, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.- Provide regular updates on testing progress and defect status to project managers and other stakeholders.- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and adherence to quality standards.- Ensure test coverage and effectiveness of testing strategies, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Salesforce testing and quality assurance.- Assist in the creation of test documentation and reports for project tracking and auditing purposes.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the overall success of projects.Requirements And Skills : Bachelor's degree in computer science, InformationPreferred Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on Salesforce Testing.- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, applications, customizations, and integrations.- Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or equivalent automation frameworks.- Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.- Salesforce certifications in testing or development are a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
