He earlier founded Credence, a Data-driven Digital Marketing, CRM Product and Sales Solutions company.Shalabh is an Alumni of Goldman Sachs, IIT BHU, CFA Institute USA and Stanford GSB SEED.What you will be doing here :1) Consolidate and manage raised/informed production bugs from various sources (Mail/Slack) and define the severity level and plan the same to fix with the tech team and release the same.2) Planning and performing functional testing, UI testing, regression testing, sanity testing and performance testing on web applications.3) Write test cases of planned sprint features and validate the same at the time of release.4) Collaborate with developers and share experiences and kinds of bugs that reproduce or a new one and make a plan which strengthens the quality release/ permanent fix.Technical Skills Required :1 )B Tech / M Tech / MCA in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, APIs, DB testing, writing test cases, release management and production support.2) Must have knowledge of Agile process, preferably worked in agile development and have exposure to tools like JIRA, ASANA, BUGZILLA, NULAB etc.3) Should have experience on end to end backend API testing using SOAP UI or POSTMAN4) Should have experience in writing complex SQL queries and also hand on database testing by manipulating (ADD/UPDATE/DELETE) test data.
