Role: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the IT SSD Process in an effective manner, delivering assigned tasks consistently and within the agreed timeline, ensuring accuracy of data. Follow up and report the progress for service delivery aspects related to IT SSD Process and inform process owner in case of exceptions. Work closely with process owners within the group to ensure process is compliant both from quality and compliance perspective. Active support for audit preparation and follow up for resolution of findings. Ensure process documents (SOPs, Work Instructions, etc.) are up-to-date and periodic reviews are completed on time. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions. Develop and maintain key performance indicators and dashboards to monitor business performance.
