Description:
Responsibilities : - SAP SD Module Testing : Conduct testing activities focusing on the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, including functionality, business processes, and configuration.- Ensure that the SAP SD module meets business requirements and functions correctly.- Testing Tools : Utilize testing tools and software, such as HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) or other test management tools, to plan, execute, and track testing activities efficiently.- Familiarity with these tools is essential for effective test management.- SAP Data Structures : Demonstrate an understanding of SAP data structures and data management within the SAP SD module.- Analyze data flows, master data, and transactional data to ensure accurate testing and validation.- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business users to validate SAP SD functionality against business requirements.- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to address feedback and ensure successful UAT completion.- Performance Testing : Conduct performance testing of the SAP SD module to evaluate system performance under various load conditions.- Identify performance bottlenecks and work with technical teams to optimize system performance.- Defect Management : Implement effective defect management processes to identify, report, track, and resolve defects encountered during testing.- Work closely with developers and functional consultants to ensure timely resolution of defects.- Testing Methodologies : Apply knowledge of testing methodologies, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance.- Tool Knowledge - Tosca : Utilize Tosca, a test automation tool, to automate SAP SD testing processes and improve testing efficiency.- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca to streamline testing efforts.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proficiency in SAP SD module functionality, business processes, and configuration.- Familiarity with testing tools and software, such as HP ALM or similar test management tools.- Understanding of SAP data structures and data management within the SAP SD module.- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance Testing, and Defect Management.- Knowledge of testing methodologies, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.- Experience with Tosca or other test automation tools is preferred.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance best practices.
