Job Title : UI/UX Designer. Job Overview : - We are seeking a proficient UI/UX Designer with specialized experience in creating intuitive and engaging interfaces for e-commerce and finance applications.- The ideal candidate will be adept at transforming user needs into seamless user experiences, particularly within the innovative fields of drones and robotics.Industry Type : Emerging Technologies (Drones/Robotics). Department : UX, Design & Architecture. Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent. Role Category : UI / UX. Responsibilities : - User Research & Requirements Gathering : Conduct thorough user research and gather detailed requirements to understand the needs and behaviors of our target users.- Design & Iteration : Create initial design concepts and iterate based on feedback to develop user-centric solutions.- Design Refinement : Enhance design prototypes to achieve a high level of user-friendliness and aesthetic appeal.- Strategic Decisions : Participate in strategic discussions to align the design processes and outputs with business goals.- User-Centered Design Implementation : Ensure that all designs are developed with a focus on ease of use and optimal user experience.- Prototyping & Testing : Develop prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate designs and improve upon them based on user feedback.- UI Design System Development : Build and maintain a comprehensive UI design system to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.Education Requirements : UG : B. Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, BCA in Any Specialization. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio featuring design projects in e-commerce and finance.- Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like.- A deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.- Ability to implement user-centered design principles across various platforms.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; and JavaScript is a plus.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in emerging technology industries such as drones or robotics.- A keen interest in staying abreast of UX trends and looking outside the standard visual design principles.- Familiarity with project management software, such as Asana or Trello or Jira or basecamp.
