Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automic Specialist to join our team. As an Automic Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Automic deployment automation platform, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Your expertise in Automic will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and supporting the automation of critical business processes.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand automation requirements- Design, configure, and test Automic workflows for efficient and reliable automation of business processes- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Automic platform and automation workflows- Monitor and optimize Automic performance to ensure timely and accurate execution of automation tasks- Document and maintain technical specifications and standard operating procedures for Automic automation- Provide technical support and training to end users on Automic functionality and best practices- Collaborate with development teams to integrate Automic with other systems and tools for seamless automationRequirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- Proven experience working with Automic deployment automation platform- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems architecture- In-depth knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (ref:hirist.tech)
