Description:
Responsibilities :- Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of various product platforms.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure alignment on testing objectives.- Identify, document, and track application/platform defects.- Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.- Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.Requirements : - Proven experience of 5+ years in software quality assurance, with a focus on web and mobile applications.- Hands-on experience with communication applications in low-bandwidth environments, with a demonstrated ability to test and identify edge cases.- Proficiency in developing and implementing automated test scripts and reports using Appium, Selenium, and other relevant automation tools.- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
