Description :We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior Automation Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing strategies to ensure the highest quality of our software products. You will play a crucial role in identifying test scenarios, creating test plans, and executing test cases. In addition, you will be involved in analyzing test results, identifying defects, and working closely with the development team to resolve issues. If you are passionate about software testing, have a strong attention to detail, and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities :- Design and develop automated test scripts for new and existing software products- Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and ensure test coverage- Execute automated test cases and analyze test results to identify defects and performance bottlenecks- Work closely with the development team to debug and resolve issues- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and tools- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on test planning and implementation- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior automation test engineers- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to test automationRequirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- Minimum of X years of experience in software testing and test automation- Strong proficiency in programming languages, such as Java or Python- Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium WebDriver or Appium- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks- Strong organizational and time management skills- ISTQB certification is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
