Position : ReactJS Frontend Developer Experience : 7+ Yrs Location : Bangalore Notice Period : Immediate - 15 days Primary Skills : React, Redux, TypeScript / JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, Next.js Responsibilities :- Build and optimize user-friendly, responsive web interfaces using React.- Ensure applications are performant and scalable to handle large datasets.- Integrate and visualize large amounts of external data within the application.-Ensure effective data binding and state management.- Thrive in a dynamic start-up environment with rapid development cycles and evolving requirements.- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.- Participate in defining the product roadmap and feature specifications.- Contribute ideas to improve the overall product and user experience.- Conduct thorough testing of front-end features and applications.- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the front-end stack.- Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and data scientists to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.Requirements :- 7 - 10 of overall software development experience.- At least 7 years of recent experience with React.js- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles- Prior experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)- Database experience in MongoDB and/or Postgres- Knowledge with Tailwind CSS: (Utility centri CSS framework)- Should be able to work independently with India & US based team members.- Strong verbal and written communication with ability to articulate problems and solutions over phone and emails.- Strong sense of urgency, with a passion for accuracy and timeliness.- Ability to work calmly in high pressure situations and manage multiple projects/tasks.- Ability to work independently and possess superior skills in issue resolution.
